DEPOSITS: We take deposits for all appointments at Luxfords as our salon policy. For new clients we require a 50% deposit and for existing clients it’s £25 for a colour booking and £10 for a cut & style.

CANCELLATION: No Shows and cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are charged at 50% of the booking fee.

SKIN TESTS: We require skin test for all hair colour and beauty treatments no later than 48 hours before your appointment.  This is required by law.

COVID 19: Please inform us if you have had Covid 19 at all since your last skin test with us. Due to the nature of the virus affecting your immune system, it can cause allergies which could provoke a reaction where you may not of ever had trouble with sensitivity before. It’s therefore very important that you let us know so we can re-test you before your next appointment.

DRINKS LICENCE: Just like any pub, our drinks license is strictly for over 18s only for complimentary beverages.  If we are unsure of your age, we will ask you for  proof of age ID.  We also reserve the right to refuse alcohol or services to anyone within our salon if we feel we need to.
