We never expect any tips from our clients, but of course they are gratefully received! Clients often ask how they can leave a gratuity – especially now that people tend to be cashless – and that’s why we’ve introduced EasyTip.
EasyTip is a quick, contactless and convenient way for you to recognise and reward great service with a tip that goes directly to the staff member.
This is how it works:
1) Simply point your smart phone camera at the QR code you will find around the salon, and on the bottom of your receipts.
2) Choose the amount you would like to tip and leave a rating.
3) Choose how to pay!
The tip will then be sent directly to the chosen recipient – Easy Peasy!
